Free State Comic Con!

Yesterday was a fun and exciting day. It was my first comic convention where I was a guest at, and my first comic work was published and debuted at the convention!

I was surrounded by a great group of comic folk and couldn't be more encouraged to pursue this sort of thing on a regular basis. In short, while I have made my comic fanboy mark here with Draw Me In, now is the time to make my move to the next level.

Now that I've got a taste, I want more. So I'm going to try this little experiment and try to get a few more stories written. And published.

Free Comic Book Day!

Last Saturday was Free Comic Book Day, and I was fortunate enough to be a guest at Pop Culture Comix this year. And it wasn't as much due to my many appearances in comic books, but to my short story contribution to 86'd: A Horror Anthology.

I got to hang out with Bill Hook, Nicholas Perry, Mike Sullivan and CW Cooke.
